The ZLINE Autograph Edition 48-inch Paramount Double Oven Gas Range (SGRZ-WM-48-MB) features an 8-burner gas cooktop and a total oven capacity of 6.7 cu. ft. The cooktop includes eight Italian-made sealed burners with auto-reignition for consistent flame operation. Two dual-function burners provide output ranging from 800 BTUs for simmering up to 20,000 BTUs for high-heat cooking.

The double oven configuration includes a large gas convection oven with bake, broil, and convection modes rated at 22,000 BTUs, and a secondary baking oven rated at 14,000 BTUs. The combined 6.7 cu. ft. capacity accommodates pans up to 20 inches wide in the main oven and 10 inches wide in the secondary oven.

Both ovens feature triple-layer insulated glass doors with aluminum mesh seals to support heat retention and stable cooking temperatures. Four smooth-glide ball-bearing oven racks (two per oven) allow easy access to cookware. Three halogen interior lights improve visibility during operation.

The range includes reversible cast-iron grates and a reversible cast-iron griddle with flat and grill surfaces. The cooktop is constructed with a one-piece porcelain surface for simplified cleaning. Stainless steel tubular bake and broil burners are designed for even heat distribution.
