Serary Cookware is designed to provide dependable performance and long-lasting durability in your kitchen. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
Serary warrants that its cookware products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for the lifetime of the product by the original purchaser.
If a Serary cookware product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing defect, Serary will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component so that it conforms to its original specifications.
Replacement products may be provided in place of repair if the original product is no longer available.
What This Warranty Covers
This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers:

Failure of cookware components under normal household use
Serary will cover the cost of repairing or replacing the defective product or part when the defect has been verified.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Misuse, abuse, or negligence

Use in commercial, restaurant, or non-household environments

Overheating, improper heating, or use inconsistent with product care instructions

Normal wear and tear including scratches, stains, or discoloration

Damage caused by accidents, drops, or improper handling

Unauthorized repairs or alterations

Use of incompatible accessories or attachments not recommended by Serary
This warranty becomes void if the product has been repaired or modified by unauthorized parties or if replacement parts other than those supplied by Serary have been used.
Proof of Purchase
To make a warranty claim, proof of purchase showing the purchase date is required. Please retain your receipt or order confirmation for future reference.
