Limited Lifetime Warranty

Serary Cookware products are backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty, which covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

If a cookware item develops a manufacturing defect after the 30-day return window, it may still be eligible for repair or replacement under our warranty policy.

Return Cost

Serary Cookware provides free returns for all return reasons.

There are no restocking fees and no return shipping charges for customers returning eligible products within the 30-day return period.

We will provide instructions and a return shipping label when your return request is approved.

How to Initiate a Return

  3. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions

  4. Package the item securely and send it using the provided return instructions

Exchanges
