The cooktop includes 7 Italian-made sealed burners, including a fish burner, delivering cooking power ranging from 1,000 to 18,000 BTUs. A pre-seasoned cast iron griddle provides even heat distribution and retention for cooking meats and vegetables. The one-piece porcelain cooktop surface allows for easier cleaning.
The dual oven configuration offers a total capacity of 6.0 cu. ft., including a large electric convection oven and a secondary bake and broil oven. The ovens feature triple-layer glass doors with aluminum mesh seals for improved insulation and heat retention. Landscape-style oven windows provide expanded viewing space.
