Paramount Gas Range (PSGRBZ-48-G) features a professional-style cooking system with an 8 burner DuoPro™ gas cooktop and dual convection ovens with a total capacity of 6.7 cu. ft.. The cooktop is equipped with handcrafted Italian dual-ring brass burners that provide a wide range of heat output for simmering, sautéing, and high-heat searing.

The DuoPro™ cooktop technology delivers up to 170,000 total BTUs, allowing precise temperature control across all burners. Each burner includes dual heat zones, enabling low-temperature simmering starting at 800 BTUs and high-output heat up to 25,000 BTUs.

This professional gas range includes two convection ovens designed for baking, roasting, and broiling. The larger oven provides 22,000 BTU output, while the smaller oven provides 14,000 BTU output, offering flexibility for preparing multiple dishes at the same time.

The appliance features a black stainless steel finish with polished gold accents, durable cast iron grates, and Horizon oven windows with triple-layer glass designed to help retain heat while allowing clear visibility inside the ovens.
