Paramount Double Oven Gas Range (SGRZ-48-MB) features an 8-burner gas cooktop, double oven configuration, and stainless steel construction with matte black knobs and handles. Designed for residential kitchens, this range combines high-output burners with dual oven functionality for flexible cooking performance.

The gas cooktop includes 8 Italian-made auto-reignition burners with a wide BTU range for simmering and high-heat searing. Two dual-function burners allow operation from 800 BTUs for low simmering up to 20,000 BTUs for high-heat cooking. A reversible cast-iron griddle provides both flat and grill cooking surfaces.

The double oven design includes a large convection gas oven with bake, broil, and convection modes (22,000 BTU) and a smaller baking oven (14,000 BTU). Total oven capacity is 6.7 cu. ft., accommodating pans up to 20 inches wide in the larger oven and 10 inches wide in the smaller oven.

Both ovens feature three-layer glass doors with aluminum mesh seals for improved heat retention and large Horizon viewing windows. Interior lighting includes three halogen lights for visibility during cooking. Four smooth-glide ball-bearing racks (two per oven) provide stable and easy access.
