The cooktop includes dual function burners for simmering and high-heat cooking, along with a reversible cast iron griddle. Heavy-duty cast iron grates provide stability for cookware. The auto-reignition system automatically relights burners to maintain consistent flame and temperature control.

The larger oven offers bake, broil, and convection modes with a 22,000 BTU output, while the smaller oven provides a 14,000 BTU baking output. Tubular stainless steel bake and broil burners are designed for even heat distribution.
