A reversible cast iron griddle is included, featuring a flat side and grill side for multiple cooking applications.

The large oven offers bake, broil, and convection modes with a maximum output of 22,000 BTUs. The secondary oven provides a 14,000 BTU baking function. Combined oven capacity totals 6.7 cu. ft., accommodating pans up to 20 inches wide in the larger oven and 10 inches wide in the smaller oven.
