Two dual-function burners offer a BTU range from 800 BTUs for simmering up to 20,000 BTUs for high-heat cooking. A reversible cast iron griddle is included, featuring a flat side and grill side for flexible cooking options.

The double oven design provides a total capacity of 6.7 cu. ft. The larger oven includes bake, broil, and convection modes with a 22,000 BTU output. The smaller oven offers a 14,000 BTU bake function. Both ovens feature triple-layer glass doors with aluminum mesh seals for improved heat retention and consistent temperatures.
