The DuoPro™ cooktop delivers up to 130,000 BTUs of total cooking power, with adjustable heat output ranging from 800 BTUs for simmering to up to 25,000 BTUs for high-heat cooking.

The electric convection oven uses a high-performance fan and digital thermostat to provide even heat distribution and faster preheating. The 5.2 cu. ft. oven capacity supports multiple dishes simultaneously.
