This dual fuel range is designed to provide precise temperature control on the cooktop and consistent baking performance in the ovens. The unit includes a large convection oven and a secondary bake and broil oven for flexible meal preparation.

The cooktop includes Italian-made sealed burners designed for a range of cooking needs, including high-heat searing and low-temperature simmering. A pre-seasoned cast iron griddle provides an additional cooking surface for preparing foods such as meats, vegetables, and breakfast items. The one-piece porcelain cooktop is designed to support easy cleaning.

Both ovens feature triple-layer glass doors with aluminum mesh seals to support heat retention and stable cooking temperatures. The landscape-style oven window design allows users to view food during cooking. Four ball-bearing oven racks are included for smooth operation, and heavy-duty StayPut oven door hinges are designed to support the weight of the doors. Interior halogen lighting illuminates both oven cavities and is controlled from the front panel.
