The gas cooktop includes six hand-cast sealed burners with a cooking power range of 1,000 to 18,000 BTUs, providing flexibility for simmering and high-heat cooking. The electric convection oven offers even heat distribution and accommodates pans up to 27 inches wide. A Landscape-style oven window design provides expanded visibility of the oven interior.
