The cooktop includes six Italian-made sealed brass burners with a BTU range of 800 to 20,000, including a dual-function burner for both low simmer and high-heat searing. Automatic reignition ensures consistent flame operation for added safety and reliability.

The 5.2 cu. ft. gas convection oven offers bake, broil, and convection bake modes with up to 22,000 BTUs. A large Horizon oven window and dual halogen lights provide clear visibility during cooking. The oven interior accommodates pans up to 26 inches wide.

Heavy-duty cast iron grates provide stability for cookware, while the porcelain one-piece cooktop surface allows for easier cleaning.
