The ZLINE Kitchen and Bath 30-inch Professional Gas Range features a 4-burner gas cooktop and a 4.0 cu. ft. oven designed for everyday cooking and baking. The gas cooktop provides a range of heat outputs to support simmering, sautéing, and high-heat cooking. The oven offers sufficient capacity for multiple dishes and standard baking sheets.

The oven door uses a three-layer glass construction with dual interior lighting to improve visibility during cooking. An aluminum mesh seal is included to support heat retention. The oven light is controlled from the front control panel. Stay-put hinges are designed to support the weight of the oven door and allow it to remain open at multiple positions.

The porcelain one-piece cooktop is designed for easier cleaning, with no seams or crevices to trap residue. The four burners provide heat outputs ranging from 4,200 to 18,000 BTUs. Cast iron grates are included to support cookware during use. The Italian-made gas burners are removable to allow for routine cleaning and maintenance.

Stainless steel control knobs provide access to five oven settings. The range includes adjustable stainless steel legs that allow height adjustment from approximately 36 inches to 38.5 inches to accommodate standard kitchen installations.
