The cooktop includes four Italian-made sealed burners with automatic re-ignition for consistent flame control and added safety. A dual-function burner provides a wide BTU range from 800 BTUs for simmering up to 20,000 BTUs for high-heat cooking.

The 4.2 cu. ft. gas convection oven supports bake, broil, and convection bake modes with a maximum BTU output of 22,000. Tubular stainless steel bake and broil burners promote even heat distribution for consistent results. The Horizon oven window design features a large viewing area for monitoring food without opening the door.
