Two dual-ring brass burners provide up to 20,000 BTU for high-heat cooking and can be adjusted down to 1,000 BTU for low-heat simmering. The cooktop includes continuous cast iron grates and a recessed black enamel surface designed to help contain spills and simplify cleaning.

This model includes a dual-oven configuration with a 3.5 cu. ft. true convection main oven and an additional 2.0 cu. ft. secondary oven, allowing multiple dishes to be prepared at the same time. The ovens feature a hidden bake element to help reduce direct contact with spills and support easier maintenance. The white exterior finish is paired with antique brass accents.
