The FORNO Capriasca 48-inch freestanding dual fuel range is constructed with a 304-grade stainless steel exterior. The cooktop includes 8 sealed dual-ring brass burners with a combined output of 160,000 BTU, providing a range of heat levels suitable for high-heat cooking and low-temperature simmering. Continuous cast-iron grates support cookware and allow movement across the cooking surface.

This unit includes two electric ovens with a combined capacity of 6.58 cu. ft. and a total output of 9,700 watts. The right-side oven is equipped with a true convection fan to support even heat distribution. Both ovens feature blue enamel interiors designed for easier cleaning and 3-layer glass door windows for visibility during cooking.

Included accessories consist of six telescopic stainless steel oven racks, a reversible grill/griddle, a rotisserie kit with skewers and forks, a concave wok ring, an LP conversion kit, and a NEMA 14-50P power cord.
