The FORNO Capriasca 30 in freestanding gas range features a stainless steel exterior and a multi-burner gas cooktop designed for residential kitchens. The cooking surface includes five sealed burners with dual-ring brass construction, providing a combined output of up to 100,000 BTU. The recessed enamel cooktop cavity helps contain spills and supports easier cleaning.

The 4.32 cu ft gas oven offers a total output of up to 30,000 BTU and includes an internal convection fan to support even heat circulation when convection mode is selected. The oven interior is finished in enamel and includes an infrared broil function. A multi-layer glass oven door allows interior visibility during operation.

Included accessories consist of stainless steel telescopic oven racks, a wok support ring, and an LP conversion kit. Control knobs are metal with illuminated rings. Adjustable stainless steel legs support installation at standard counter heights.
